Abstract The abdominal region of the body is extremely complex because of the organs and systems it contains all of them generating abdominal masses, the discovery of which often poses significant diagnostic difficulties. A previously healthy, 21-yearold woman presented to the hospital with a severe abdominal pain and an abdominal mass, approximately 10cm in size, raising a strong suspicion of a malignant tumor in the upper abdomen. She had history of abdominal cesarean. The patient elected to undergo exploratory surgery
