Abstract:
摘要 目的 研究HOXB7在人非小细胞肺癌组织及细胞系中的表达水平，HOXB7表达水平改变对非小细胞肺癌细胞增殖的影响。方法 通过Real-time PCR、免疫组织化学技术检测人非小细胞肺癌及细胞系中HOXB7的表达水平，根据病理资料初步分析HOXB7与非小细胞肺癌预后的关系。通过转染si-RNA抑制HOXB7的表达水平，并通过定量PCR检测转染效率。利用流式细胞术检测抑制HOXB7对A549细胞增殖能力的影响。结果 相对正常肺组织及细胞，在非小细胞肺癌组织和细胞系中HOXB7的表达出现了显著上调，高表达HOXB7的NSCLC患者整体生存率较差。转染si-RNA能显著抑制HOXB7表达水平和人非小细胞肺癌A549细胞的增殖能力。结论 非小细胞肺癌组织及细胞系中HOXB7的表达显著上调
