急性髓系白血病患者HOXll基因的表达及意义

Abstract:
摘要 目的 探讨HOXll基因在急性髓系白血病（acute myeloid leukemia，AML）中的表达及对预后的影响，为个体化治疗提供依据。方法 应用多重巢式RT-PCR方法对73例初诊AML患者的融合基因进行检测，对HOXll基因表达阳性和阴性的患者进行标准治疗后的疗效进行分析。结果 在预后良好组、预后中等组及预后不良组AML患者的标准治疗中，HOXll基因阳性表达患者的第一疗程完全缓解率（complete remission rate）并不高于阴性表达的患者（P>0.05），而复发或死亡率（relapse or mortality rate）与HOXll基因阴性表达的患者比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 HOXll基因的 表达可能影响AML患者的预后
