摘要 Del-1是一种细胞外基质蛋白,在胚胎发育过程中由内皮细胞分泌,也可由多种肿瘤细胞表达。Del-1在胚胎发育、血管生成、抗炎及肿瘤发展过程中的作用被广泛研究,有望成为多种疾病诊治尤其是肿瘤诊治中的新型靶标。本文将综述Del-1在细胞微环境特别是肿瘤微环境中发挥的作用并探讨其研究前景
