石蒜碱诱导肺癌NCI-H460细胞凋亡作用及其机制DOI: 10.3971/j.issn.1000-8578.2018.17.0388 Keywords: A Meta-analysis,Key Genes and Signaling Pathways in Small Cell Lung Cancer,Effects of Pachymaran on Proliferation, Migration and Pro-apoptosis of Human Cervical Carcinoma HeLa Cells and Its Mechanism,Effect of Marital Status on Survival of Lung Cancer Patients Investigated Based on SEER Database,Advanes of Driving Genes in Bone Metastases from Lung Cancer Abstract: 摘要 目的 通过研究石蒜碱在体外对人肺癌NCI-H460细胞增殖抑制和诱导凋亡的作用，探讨石蒜碱抗肿瘤机制。方法 MTT法检测石蒜碱对NCI-H460细胞增殖的抑制作用，流式细胞术检测NCI-H460细胞的凋亡率，比色法检测凋亡因子相关因子Caspase 3活性。结果 石蒜碱能够有效抑制肺癌NCI-H460细胞增殖，IC50为（5.79±0.11）μmol/L，对NCI-H460细胞的凋亡具有诱导效应，可增强肺癌Caspase 3的活性。结论 石蒜碱在体外能有效地抑制NCI-H460细胞增殖并促进其凋亡，其机制可能与激活Caspase 3的表达从而诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡有关
