Abstract:
摘要 目的 观察B7-H1蛋白在胆囊癌中的表达；探讨其在胆囊癌的发生发展中的作用及其与预后的关系。方法 用免疫组织化学SP法检测B7-H1蛋白在60例胆囊癌组织中的表达；另取癌旁非肿瘤组织20例及胆囊腺瘤性息肉20例作为对照组。结果 胆囊癌组中B7-H1蛋白的表达明显高于癌旁非肿瘤组织组（P=0.003）和胆囊腺瘤性息肉组（P=0.035）；B7-H1蛋白在Nevin（Ⅳ+Ⅴ）期、TNM（Ⅲ+Ⅳ）期、有淋巴结转移组中的表达明显高于Nevin（Ⅰ+Ⅱ+Ⅲ）期（P=0.041）、TNM（Ⅰ+Ⅱ）期（P=0.049）、无淋巴结转移组（P=0.000）；与性别、年龄及肿瘤分化程度无关（P>0.05） 。B7-H1蛋白阳性表达组的三年生存期明显短于阴性表达者（P=0.029）。结论 B7-H1蛋白在胆囊癌中高表达导致预后不良，提示B7-H1蛋白在胆囊癌的发生发展和浸润转移中起作用
