Abstract:
摘要 全球范围内,恶性肿瘤的发病率呈上升趋势,但随着治疗手段的进步,死亡率呈下降趋势。肿瘤患者的生存期及治疗周期延长,导致抗肿瘤治疗相关近期及远期不良反应的发生率显著增加。其中,尤以治疗相关心脏毒性日益引起人们的广泛关注。心脏损伤或既往心血管疾病加重等心血管事件的发生率甚至远高于恶性肿瘤的复发率。本文旨在对抗肿瘤治疗相关心脏疾病的研究现状及相关进展进行综述
