Abstract:

本文合成了光和空气稳定的三种银吡唑基甲基吡啶配合物,它含有高金属含量和最少的辅助有机配体。在结构和光谱上对其进行表征,热重分析(TGA)表明,本发明配合物的热解性质显著提高,并且可以通过改变配体结构来调节分解温度。该配合物的配体结构是为特定的添加剂应用量身定制的。热重之后剩余材料的X射线衍射证实了金属银单质的存在,可以作为自修复的高温润滑油添加剂使用,增强润滑油的高温摩擦学性能。
In this paper, three light and air stable complexes of silver pyrazolyl methylpyridine have been syn-thesized, which contain high metal content and minimum auxiliary organic ligands. The structure and spectrum were characterized, and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) showed that the pyrolytic properties of the complexes were significantly improved, and the decomposition temperature can be adjusted by changing the ligand structure. The ligand structure of the complex was tailored for specific additive applications. The X-ray diffraction of the residual material after TGA confirmed the existence of metallic silver, which can be used as a self-healing high-temperature lubricant additive to enhance the high-temperature tribological properties of the lubricant.
