基于绿色发展背景下的牛仔服装清洁生产问题的研究

我国牛仔服装的生产与销售在服装行业占有相当比重，传统牛仔面料及服装产品在染整、后整理等生产加工过程中的用水、三废等环境问题也是服装行业的突出问题。随着我国产业结构调整、消费升级以及人们的环保意识增强，企业绿色发展成为大势所趋。也迫使服装行业企业必须适应生态环境发展及企业社会责任要求，研发环保生产技术和工艺，实行清洁生产。本文基于绿色发展背景下对牛仔服装生产过程的深入研究，详细分析了牛仔服装清洁生产的现状与关键要素，并提出清洁生产的对策建议。
The production and sales of jeans in China occupy a considerable proportion in the clothing industry. The environmental problems such as water and waste in the dyeing, finishing and other production and processing processes of traditional denim fabrics and clothing products are also prominent problems in the clothing industry. With the adjustment of industrial structure, consumption upgrading and the enhancement of people’s awareness of environmental protection, the green development of enterprises has become the general trend. It also forces garment enterprises to adapt to the development of the ecological environment and corporate social responsibility requirements, research and development of environmentally friendly production technology, clean production. Based on the in-depth research on the production process of denim clothing under the background of green development, this paper analyzes in detail the current situation of clean production of denim clothing and the new development trend of green environmental protection, economy and efficiency.
