风险管理在产前诊断羊膜腔穿刺室中的应用
Application of Risk Management in Amniocentesis Room for Prenatal Diagnosis

目的：应用风险管理的方法，提高医护人员的风险防范意识，降低风险率，保障患者安全。方法：在穿刺室运用风险管理，从调研(风险识别)——风险评估——风险应对，改进工作流程，建立风险防范制度，制定风险防范措施，重细节，抓落实。结果：在实施风险管理后，穿刺孕妇总例数、穿刺孕妇资料完整例数、表扬信例数、满意度等数值有所提高；在不良事件数、投诉例数上较风险管理实施后有所降低。结论：在羊膜腔穿刺室运用风险管理，加强了医护实验人员风险防范意识，正确规避了风险，使风险率降到最低，保障了患者安全，提高了患者满意度。
Objective: To improve the risk prevention awareness of medical and nursing personnel, reduce the risk rate, and ensure the safety of patients in the amniocentesis room by applying risk management methods. Methods: Applying risk management in the process of investigation (risk identification) - risk assessment - risk response, to improve work flow, establish risk prevention system, and formulate risk prevention. Measures should focus on details and actual implementation. Results: After the implementation of risk management, the total number of amniocentesis, the number of cases with complete medical records, the number of praise letters, satisfaction and other values have been improved, and the number of adverse events and complaints has been reduced. Conclusion: The application of risk management in amniocentesis room strengthens the risk prevention consciousness of medical and nursing personnel, avoids the risk properly, minimizes the risk rate, guarantees patient safety and improves patient satisfaction.
