基于DSP与手机终端的LAPS检测系统小型化研究

Abstract:
基于数字信号处理(DSP)芯片、手机终端等先进技术平台的检测系统是目前电化学生化分析系统的发展趋势。研制了基于DSP与手机终端的光寻址电位传感器(LAPS)检测系统,系统集成了LAPS输出信号采集与处理、光源调制信号产生和数据实时显示与保存等功能,实现了系统的小型化,并将其应用于不同pH的溶液中进行检测,验证了系统的正确性与可行性。
Detection systems based on advanced technology platforms such as digital signal processing (DSP) chips and mobile phone terminals are the current developing trend of electrochemical biochemical analysis systems. The light addressable potentiometric sensor (LAPS) detection system is exploited based on DSP and mobile phone terminal. The integrated functions including LAPS output signal acquisition and processing, light source modulation signal generation, and real-time display and storage of data are realized in the proposed DSP based LAPS system. The application of this DSP-LAPS system for measuring pH values of similar buffer solutions is conducted to verify the correctness and feasibility of this system.
