针对目前成都东站客运组织中存在的检票口间距太窄、站内旅客流线交织冲突严重、走行距离长、客流承载能力趋于饱和等问题,在预期客流强度及各类极端情况下,从成都东站客运枢纽现状、铁路客流特征、仿真模型构建、高架候车层流线、出站换乘层流线和便捷换乘流线等角度出发,运用Anylogic仿真软件对成都东站现有方案以及多套改进方案下的高架换乘层、出站换乘层客流组织情况进行优化仿真。在高架候车层旅客组织优化层面上,运用Anylogic仿真软件得出了一定情景下主通道封闭、引导栏杆延长法、相邻玻璃盒子合并与现状栏杆引导方案的优劣比较;在出站换乘层旅客组织优化层面上,分别以乘客步行总距离最短、铁路出站区域滞留乘客最少为目标,通过分析计算得出站闸机位置优化和出站闸机数量优化方案,为不同客流强度下成都东站客运组织方式调整、设施设备改造等提供了支撑依据和方案。
