Abstract:

“双师型”体育教师不仅具备体育理论知识和运动技能,胜任体育课教学、运动队训练以外,而且应该具备服务大众体育和职场体能并指导终身体育锻炼的实践能力和创新能力。因此,高职院校“双师型”体育教师在完成本职工作的同时应参与服务大众体育的实践活动和体育学术交流、技能培训,补齐短板,使自身体育专业知识具有一定的深度与广度,适应职业院校的体育需求,实现提高教学能力的目标。
“Dual teacher” physical education teachers not only possess sports theoretical knowledge and sports skills, are qualified for sports lessons and sports team training, but also have the practical and innovative ability to serve mass sports and workplace fitness and guide lifelong physical exercise. Therefore, in the vocational colleges, “dual teacher” sports teachers should participate in the practical activities of serving mass sports, sports academic exchanges, skills training, and complete shortcomings, so that their sports professional knowledge has a certain depth and breadth to meet the physical education needs of vocational colleges and achieve the goal of improving teaching ability.
