我国小额贷款公司的发展困境与转型升级方式研究——从广州金融街发展看小额贷款公司转型升级之路 Research on the Development Dilemma and Transformation and Upgrading Mode of China’s Small Loan Companies—View the Transformation and Upgrading of Small Loan Companies from the Development of Guangzhou Financial Street
近年来，小额贷款公司发展迅速，对发展壮大个体私营经济、促进农村经济和民营经济发展起到了积极作用，为促进地方经济做出了一定贡献。但是在缺乏系统化政策引导下，小规模发展并不能充分发挥其自身特有的一些优势，反而可能给金融和社会稳定带来安全隐患。本文结合广州金融街的实践，通过调查反映建街后几年内区域的小额贷款公司发展现状，总结出小额贷款公司集聚升级模式经验，同时也揭示了仍待解决的问题，最后提出我国小贷公司转型升级的相关建议。
In recent years, small loan companies have developed rapidly, which has played a positive role in developing and strengthening the individual private economy, promoting the development of rural economy and private economy and making a certain contribution to promoting the local economy. However, in the absence of systematic policy guidance, small-scale development cannot give full play to its unique advantages, but may bring security risks to financial and social stability. Based on the practice of Guangzhou financial street, this paper summarizes the experience of small loan companies’ agglomeration and upgrading mode by investigating the development status of small loan companies in the region within a few years after the establishment of the street, reveals the problems still to be solved, and finally puts forward relevant suggestions on the transformation and upgrading of small loan companies in China.
