Abstract:

Many literatures were retrieved and integrated, and finally some factors which can affect resi-dential satisfaction of the aging people were obtained. They were internal environment, external environment, accessibility of infrastructure facilities and pollution. Besides, modernization would also influence the dwelling satisfaction but not much. And the residential satisfaction plays the mediating role in the impacts of dwelling conditions on older persons’ psychological well-being.
