Abstract:

知识经济时代的到来,使得各个公司对于人才的竞争空前激烈,员工成为公司最大的财富。为缓解员工压力,提升员工的工作效率与积极性,如何提高员工的工作满意度也变得越来越重要。同时为了降低人才流失率,培养员工的归属感,敬业度也成为公司的重大课题。本文对员工满意度与满意度的相关性进行探究。结合文献探讨相关研究现状,通过问卷的方式对M公司进行调研,并提出相关建议与解决方案。
The arrival of the era of knowledge economy has made each company’s competition for talents unprecedentedly fierce, and employees have become the company’s greatest asset. In order to alleviate employee pressure and improve employee productivity and enthusiasm, how to improve employee’s job satisfaction has become more and more important. At the same time, in order to reduce the rate of brain drain and cultivate employees’ sense of belonging, engagement has also become a major issue for the company. This paper explores the relevance of employee satisfaction and satisfaction, combined with the literature to explore the current research status, investigate the M company through questionnaires, and propose relevant suggestions and solutions.
