Sustainable Development of Chinese Traditional Martial Arts for a New Era

本文试图剖析中国传统武术近几年遭到国内舆论诟病以及现代格斗项目冲击的原因；从对武文化的解读、格斗技术、实战以及赛事推广等层面，将我国传统武术与现代格斗项目进行对比分析，反思传统武术发展长期以来存在的普遍缺失；提出在我国特色社会主义进入新时代的历史时期以及全球化日益加深的背景下，传统武术的发展需要把握和加强的关键领域。
This article tries to define the reasons why Chinese traditional martial arts suffer criticism or even abuse from domestic public opinion in recent years; reflects on the weak areas on the path of Chi-nese traditional martial arts development from several aspects, such as the cultural implications of Chinese “Wu”, combat skills & technics, sparring as a form of training and the promotional system using modern combat sports as benchmark. It aims to find out the key areas for Chinese traditional martial arts to be emphasized and strengthened in the new era of Chinese socialism and under the background of deepened globalization.
