新零售生鲜超市的客户消费体验与布局优化——基于改进SLP的单门店案例分析

Abstract:
以新零售背景下生鲜超市消费者的购物偏好为基础,分析作业单位之间物流和非物流的关系,得到作业单位相互关系。基于改进SLP进行新零售生鲜超市位置相关图的绘制,分析得出相关结论。
Based on the shopping preference of fresh supermarket consumers under the new retail back-ground, the relationship between logistics and non-logistics among operating units is analyzed, and the relationship between operating units is obtained. Based on the improved SLP, the location correlation map of the new retail fresh supermarket is drawn, and relevant conclusions are drawn through analysis.
