乡村振兴战略背景下的新农村规划——以庆阳市翟池村为例
New Rural Planning in the Context of Rural Revitalization Strategy—Take Zhai Chi Village of Qingyang City as an Example

新农村规划建设是社会经济发展的必然要求，翟池新农村规划的关键是制定合理的规划目标。翟池新农村规划从农村的基本现状出发解决农村落后的问题，提出合理的规划定位，完成规划设计说明。翟池农村规划的核心内容一是各种功能区布局，二是基础设施建设，三是提高村民生活水平。翟池新农村规划目的是转变村民传统的生产方式、生活方式、交往方式和价值观念，引导村民通过翟池新农村建设，走向富裕、迈向文明。
Planning and construction of new rural social and economic development is a necessary re-quirement; the key of Zhaichi new rural planning is the development of rational planning objectives. Zhaichi new rural planning starts from the basic status of rural backwardness in rural areas to solve problems, and makes reasonable planning position to complete the planning and design instructions. The core contents of Zhaichi rural planning are: first, various functional areas layout; second, infrastructure construction; third, improving the living standards of the villagers. Zhaichi new rural planning is purposed to change the traditional production mode, lifestyle, communication methods and values of the villagers, so as to guide them toward prosperity and civilization.
