从马斯洛的需求层次理论分析《放牛班的春天》中皮埃尔的成长之路

Abstract:
电影《放牛班的春天》灵感源自于音乐片《一笼夜莺》,讲述的是生活在社会底层的问题少年皮埃尔,在老师马修的帮助下实现音乐天赋的故事。本文通过马斯洛的需求层次理论,结合皮埃尔3次眼神的变化,深入的分析了马修老师通过音乐满足学生情感需求、尊重需求和自我实现需求,从而实现了皮埃尔转化。用艺术启迪劣势学生群体的心智,进行问题学生的转化,从而促进教育的公平,具有现实指导意义。
The film “The Chorus” was inspired by the musical film “A Cage of the Nightingales”, which tells the story of Pierre, who lives at the bottom of the society, realizing the gift of music with the help of the teacher Matthew. Based on Maslow’s hierarchy of needs and combined with 3 changes in Pierre’s eyes, this paper makes a thorough analysis of meeting the needs of belonging, esteem and self-actualization to realize the transformation of Pierre. It has realistic directive significance to enlighten the minds of disadvantaged students and transform children left behind by art to pro-mote the fairness of education.
