基于VR技术在地质公园科普中应用研究——以奉节小寨天坑地质公园为例

Abstract:

地学科普工作的目的是提高民众的地学素养,培养保护地质遗迹和地质环境意识。本文主要论述目前地质公园科普现状,以奉节小寨天坑为例,利用地表三维模型和地质三维模型,运用VR技术进行虚拟还原小寨天坑的形成,认为VR技术在地质公园科普应用中,符合目前新媒体时代发展的,有效的拉近了普通百姓对地学知识的了解和掌握,还可以推动地质公园的旅游经济。
The purpose of popularization of Geosciences is to improve the people’s geological literacy and cultivate the consciousness of protecting geological relics and geological environment. This paper mainly discusses the current situation of science popularization in geoparks. Taking Xiaozhai Tiankeng in Fengjie as an example, the formation of Xiaozhai Tiankeng is virtual restored by VR technology using three-dimensional surface model and three-dimensional geological model. It is believed that the application of VR technology in science popularization in geoparks is in line with the development of the new media era, which effectively draws the common people’s understanding and mastery of Geoscience knowledge, and can also push forward the tourism economy of moving Geopark.
