老年人遭遇金融诈骗的案件频频发生，对社会和家庭带来严重危害，也侵害老年人的合法权益，政府和社会必须采取有效措施防范老年人金融诈骗风险。论文基于北京市老年人的问卷调查数据和深度访谈，对老年人对金融诈骗现状认知情况开展实证研究，调查认为老年人采用支付宝、微信等网络支付工具、老年人能了解网上投资信息、老年人自身风险防范意识薄弱、老年人有足够闲暇时间参加保健品说明会及投资理财讲座、老年人自身有储蓄以及有些老人投资追逐高收益的意愿强烈等，这些因素增加了老人被金融诈骗的风险，论文在分析老人被金融诈骗的根源基础上，分别从政府、社会、家庭及老人自身视角提出防范老人被金融诈骗的政策与建议。
The cases of financial fraud in the elderly have occurred frequently, causing serious harm to the society and the family, and also infringing on the legitimate rights and interests of the elderly. The government and the society must take effective measures to prevent the financial fraud risk of the elderly. Based on the questionnaire data and in-depth interviews of the elderly in Beijing, the thesis conducts empirical research on the status quo of financial fraud in the elderly. The survey believes that the elderly use online payment tools such as Alipay and WeChat, and the elderly can understand online investment information and old age. People's own risk prevention awareness is weak, the elderly have enough leisure time to participate in health product briefings and invest-ment financial lectures, the elderly have their own savings, and some elderly people have a strong willingness to pursue high returns. These factors increase the risk of financial fraud for the elderly. Based on the analysis of the root causes of financial fraud, the paper puts forward policies and suggestions to prevent the elderly from being financially defrauded from the perspectives of the government, society, families and the elderly.
