Abstract:

本研究主要探究大学生群体的社会支持程度对其冲突适应能力的影响,明确了大学生的社会支持度与冲突适应能力的关系能使我们更好的适应冲突与环境,具有重要的研究价值。本课题设计了实验一与实验二来研究来自于环境中不同任务难度条件下大学生社会支持度对冲突适应能力的影响,实验一采用经典的Flanker任务探究在简单冲突情况下社会支持度与冲突适应能力的关系,实验二采用Flanker和Simon任务的交叉整合任务探究在复杂冲突情况下社会支持度与冲突适应能力的关系。对得到的结果进行多因素方差分析,研究结果发现社会支持度在简单情境下主效应不显著,冲突适应效应显著;社会支持度在复杂情境下主效应不显著,但客观支持分维度主效应显著,客观支持度较高的个体在Simon任务中冲突适应能力显著高于客观支持度较低的个体,在Flanker任务中边缘显著。研究表明客观支持度较高的个体,对于复杂的认知环境冲突具有更好的适应能力,因此在生活中应当注重个人客观支持网络的建立和维护。
This study mainly explores the impact of social support of college students on their conflict adaptation ability, and clarifies the relationship between social support and conflict adaptation ability of college students, so that we can better adapt to conflict and environment, which has important research value. Experiments 1 and 2 were designed to study the impact of social support on conflict adaptation ability of College Students under different task difficulty conditions. Experiment 1 used classical Flanker tasks to explore the relationship between social support and conflict adaptation ability in simple conflict situations. Experiment 2 used Flanker and Simon tasks to explore the relationship between social support and conflict adaptation ability in complex conflict situations. The relationship between social support and conflict adaptability. The results were analyzed by multivariate analysis of variance. The results show that the main effect of social support is not significant in simple situations, and the conflict adaptation effect is significant; the main effect of social support is not significant in complex situations, but the subjective effect of objective support is significant in sub-dimension. Individuals with higher objective support have significantly higher conflict adaptation ability than those with lower objective support in Simon task, and are marginally significant in Flanker task. Research shows that individuals with higher objective support have better adaptability to complex cognitive environment conflicts, so we should pay attention to the establishment and maintenance of personal objective support network in life.
