本文采用抽样调查的方法,对某高校的3890名毕业生综合能力进行问卷调查,内容包括薪资、专业知识及技能、工作能力、心理素质、计算机与外语应用水平、沟通表达能力、实践动手能力、团队协作能力和创新能力等方面。首先,用Spss对预调查结果进行信效度分析,结果显示该问卷通过信效度检验;其次,用因子分析法建立评价毕业生综合能力的数学模型,用Spss对筛选出能反应毕业生综合能力的有效因子;最后,对各个有效因子进行相关性分析。
This paper uses a
sample survey method to conduct a questionnaire survey on the comprehensive
ability of 3980 graduates of a university, including salary, professional
knowledge and skills, work ability, psychological quality, computer and English
application level, communication and expression ability, practical ability,
teamwork and innovation capabilities. Firstly, the reliability and validity of
the pre-survey results were analyzed by Spss. The results showed that the
questionnaire passed the reliability and validity test. Secondly, we
established a mathematical model for evaluating the comprehensive ability of
graduates by using the factor analysis method, and screened out the effective
factors that can reflect the comprehensive ability of graduates by Spss.
Finally, a correlation analysis is performed for each effective factor.
