Abstract:

本文通过对2016年美国总统三场电视辩论的批评性话语分析，详细分析和比较了辩论双方每场的辩论策略、辩论目的、以及辩论策略的不同，进而分析出辩论策略改变的原因并得出对于日常辩论的启示，通过分析发现：候选人在电视辩论中的表现以及辩论策略的选择直接影响到选民的支持率，甚至对最后的选举结果产生一定影响，辩论过程中，候选人通过不断调整辩论策略来实现辩论目的。
With the theory of CAD, this thesis analyzes and compares debating strategies, purposes of candidates and differences in the use of argumentative strategies in details in the three presidential television debates of 2016, so as to analyze the causes of changing strategies and have some major findings of debating strategies in practical debates. From the research, we can reach the conclusion that candidates’ performance and the use of argumentative strategies in the broadcast debates have important influence on their supporting rate even the final result. To achieve the purpose of one’s debate, both debaters would adjust their argumentative strategies with the development of debate.
