Abstract:

用偏钨酸铵修饰于纳米金颗粒(AuNPs)表面,并用少量的pH = 6.86的混合磷酸盐缓冲溶液调节pH值,使功能化纳米金溶液呈中性。当偏钨酸铵-AuNPs与Cr3+水溶液反应时,会产生颜色变化,可以用于比色分析。实验结果得到分光光度法的线性方程为y = 0.8901x ? 0.2814,线性范围0.3~1 μg?mL?1,其检出限达0.14 μg?mL?1。因此,研究偏钨酸铵-AuNPs分光光度法可用于水中Cr3+的快速检测。
The functionalized nanogold solution was neutralized by modifying the surface of the gold nano-particles (AuNPs) with ammonium metatungstate and adjusting the pH with a small amount of mixed phosphate buffer solution with pH = 6.86. When ammonium metatungstate-AuNPs are re-acted with an aqueous solution of Cr3+, a color change is produced which can be used for colorimetric analysis. The experimental results show that the linear equation of spectrophotometry is y = 0.8901x ? 0.2814, the linear range is 0.3 - 1 μg?mL?1, and the detection limit is 0.14 μg?mL?1. Therefore, the study of ammonium metatungstate-AuNPs spectrophotometry can be used for the rapid detection of Cr3+ in water.
