越南行政组织机构名称在中越文化交流和翻译实践活动中起到非常重要的作用，且一直是汉越翻译实践的难点。当前越南行政组织机构名称汉译存在各家媒体网站各自为政，出现译名混乱不统一、错译乱译等现象。同一组织机构名称存在多个译名，这不仅误导受众，同时也不利于两国间的友好交流。因此，对越南行政组织机构名称汉译进行一个系统的研究显得十分必要。本文拟从文化交流角度，通过具体实例指出当前越南行政组织机构名称汉译存在的问题，分析导致这种混乱情况的原因，并从语言文化交流等方面综合考虑，旨在对越南行政组织机构名称的汉译方法、汉译原则及规范化等做一些梳理和探讨，并提出一些建议。
The translation of Vietnamese administrative organization names plays an important role in cul-tural exchanges and translation activities between China and Vietnam, which is always being an obstacle in Sino-Vietnamese translation practices. Currently, there are no universally accepted standards for Chinese translation version of Vietnamese administrative organization names in Chinese media websites, which is the main reason of wrong translation and inappropriate choices of words. Multiple translation versions for one organization name could mislead target audience and take a toll on Sino-Vietnamese friendly communication. Therefore, it is necessary to systematically carry out a study on the translation of Vietnamese administrative organization names into Chinese. Firstly, from the perspective of intercultural exchanges, this paper is going to point out problems in the translation of Vietnamese administrative organization names into Chinese through specific examples and analyse what contributes to such wrong practices. And then, taking language and cultural exchanges into consideration, this paper tries to tease out and discuss translation methods, translation principles and translation standardization of Vietnamese administrative organization names into Chinese. Finally, some approaches to the translation of Vietnamese administrative organization names into Chinese will be proposed.
