Abstract:

以中国石油管道局工程有限公司承接的沙特阿美石油公司(简称沙特阿美)油气管道项目为基础，简要介绍了沙特阿美石油公司油气管道项目的合同体系，并对13个方面的合同风险进行了论述与分析。
In this paper, on the basis of the Project H in Saudi Aramco contracted by CPP, a brief introduction was given to the project contract structure of Saudi Aramco. The contract risks in 13 aspects are depicted analyzed.
