Abstract:

以中石油管道局沙特拉斯坦努拉管道EPC项目为例,研究了定向钻穿越各个时期的风险和控制措施,并以此为基础,加强技术与管理创新,积极降本增效。多重管理措施应用,有效保障了沙特阿美石油公司模式下定向钻穿越工程的安全有序推进。
By taking reroute pipeline project in Ras Tanura Area implemented by CPP, the risky control measures during each period of HDD crossing were studied. Based on the study, the innovation of technology and management was strengthened for effectively increasing efficiency and reducing cost. By using multiple management measures, the safe implementation of HDD crossing under Saudi Aramco Mode is guaranteed.
