Abstract:

本文通过回顾国内外相关文献,旨在探讨心理词库视角下的第二语言词汇习得并得出以下结论:第一、第二语言新学词心理表征形成的研究可以从词形和语义两方面进行。研究结果表明二语词汇与母语词汇存储方式可能不同,母语词汇存储在“词汇记忆”中,而二语词汇存储于“事件记忆”系统。第二、关于第二语言新学词何时进入到已建立的心理词库中,研究结果并不一致。部分研究表明记忆痕迹巩固过程对于第二语言新学词进入心理词库至关重要,然而也有部分研究支持无需记忆痕迹巩固过程,第二语言新学词便能进入心理词库。最后,作者认为要探究二语词汇的存储方式以及记忆痕迹巩固过程对二语词汇习得的影响还需进一步实证研究。
This paper aims to probe into L2 words acquisition from the perspective of mental lexicon through literature review. Following two results are concluded. Firstly, there are two ways tap-ping into representation of L2 novel words—form and semantic priming. The results show that L1 and L2 words may be stored in different memory areas, with L1 words in “lexical memory” and L2 words in “episodic memory”. Secondly, the results when newly learnt L2 words integrate into established mental lexicon are controversial. Some of them are in favor of the role of memory consolidation, while others hold the view that newly learnt L2 words can integrate into established mental lexicon without memory consolidation period. Finally, the author holds the view that further empirical studies are necessary to investigate the influence of memory consolidation on L2 words acquisition.
