收集近三年鹤壁市房价信息，在对数据进行整理分析的基础上，讨论房价浮动上涨背后的深层次原因，得出鹤壁市房价上涨主要原因为政策驱动、刚性需求群体扩大、中介市场的信息不对称，投机炒房的影响等，随后分析其对消费者、政府和市场等不同层面的影响并给出对策建议。
By collecting the housing price information of Hebi City in the past three years, on the basis of analyzing the data, discussing the deep-seated reasons behind the rising house price, it is con-cluded that the main reason for the increase of housing prices in Hebi is the policy-driven, rigid demand group expansion, information asymmetry in the intermediary market, and the impact of speculative real estate. Then this paper analyzed its impact on different levels of consumers, government and market and gave countermeasures.
