基于扎根理论的“共享养老”发展影响因素研究——以西安市阎良区为例

Abstract:

共享养老是一种新兴的养老模式,由于其与共享经济的理念相契合,又是社会保障领域的重要组成部分,近来引起了社会各界人士的关注。为了深入研究影响共享养老模式发展的各个因素,本文从社区工作者角度出发,利用扎根理论对从西安市阎良区皇冠社区调研获取的访谈资料进行分析,经过三次编码得出了老人、志愿者、政府、企业、社区5个方面的45个相关因素。发现了企业、社区在推进共享养老工作进程中存在的困境,以及各主体之间具有强烈的相互依赖关系。由此本文从影响因素出发,针对各主体在共享养老模式中如何更好地履行职能和构建良好关系给出建议,这将对从根源上解决共享养老模式中存在的问题产生实质性的作用。
Shared pension is a new pension model. Because it is consistent with the concept of shared economy and an important part of social security, it has recently attracted the attention of people from all walks of life. In order to further study the factors that affect the development of the shared pension model, this paper, from the perspective of community workers, uses grounded theory to analyze the interview data obtained from the Crown Community Survey in Yanliang Dis-trict of Xi'an City. Through three codes, 45 relevant factors in five aspects, namely, the elderly, volunteers, government, enterprises and communities, are obtained. It finds out the predicament of enterprises and communities in the process of promoting shared pension work, and the strong interdependence between the main bodies. Based on the influencing factors, this paper gives sug-gestions on how to better perform their functions and build a good relationship in the shared pen-sion model, which will play a substantive role in solving the problems existing in the shared pension model from the root.
