Abstract:

本文在简单梳理批评话语分析的缘起以及研究任务的基础上,对《汉英报纸新闻中转述言语的语篇和语用功能比较研究》 (辛斌,高小丽 2019)一书进行了评介。评介从三个方面展开:1) 批评话语分析的“拿来主义”;2) 质的分析与量的分析相结合;3) 对英语写作与阅读教学的意义。最后指出,批评话语分析未来的发展必然是跨学科、跨文化、跨国界、跨语言的多元视角研究。
This paper reviews the new book A Comparative Study of Textual and Pragmatic Functions of Re-ported Speeches in Chinese and English Newspapers (Xin Bin, Gao Xiaoli 2019) after a brief review of the origins and research tasks of Critical Discourse Analysis (CDA). The review is carried out from three aspects: 1) Borrowing from other theories in CDA; 2) The combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis; 3) The significance of English teaching and learning. Finally, it is pointed out that the future development of CDA is bound to be a multidisciplinary, cross-cultural, cross-border and cross-linguistic perspective.
