In order to coordinate the implementation of the EU 2020 strategy, the Erasmus+ Project is making new contributions to European educational cooperation, cultural exchange and youth development, among which, one significant initiative is to support young people and the labor force to overcome language barriers and improve language competence. The Online Linguistic Support (OLS) as a network language platform plays an irreplaceable role in helping the migrating population to assess their linguistic competence and conduct mobile learning with its inherent strength. It also provides a new horizon and perspective for domestic mobile language acquisition and evaluation.
