渔港“游港化”改造的必要性研究
Research on the Necessity of “Port-Based Tourism” Reformation of Fishing Ports

随着我国对海洋渔业政策的不断调整，渔港的业态升级与空间的改造越来越显得必要及突出。而以渔港为基本依托的休闲渔业业态呈现出快速增长的需求，渔港的“游港化”改造成为客观必要。本文从渔港改造的当前外在背景以及“游港化”改造的内在需求出发，充分阐述并论证渔港的“游港化”改造的必要性，提出“游港”是一项综合性的全新业态，是渔区实施近海渔业减船减产、渔港推进渔业“双转”的替代性业态，更是地方渔业转型过程必由之路的观点。
With the continuous adjustment of China’s marine fishery policy, the role of the fishing port’s up-grading and space transformation is becoming more and more necessary and prominent. The lei-sure fishery industry based on the fishing port has shown a rapid increase in demand, and the “tour port” transformation of the fishing port has become an objective necessity. This paper fully ex-pounds and demonstrates the necessity of the “tour port” transformation of the fishing port from the current external background of the transformation of the fishing port and the internal demand of the “tour port” transformation, and proposes that “tour port” is a comprehensive new format. It is an alternative format for the implementation of offshore fisheries to reduce ship production and fishery port to promote “double turn” in the fishing area, and it is the only way for the local fishery transformation process.
