Abstract:

针对高校实施的专业教师兼任本科班主任制度执行过程中存在的问题,从专业教师视角进行了研究。结合X大学专业教师兼任本科班主任的有关制度分析了本科生班主任工作要求,从沟通和专业技能两方面分析了目前存在的问题,提出如下建议:加强沟通,筑牢班级管理基础;开展培训,提升班主任技能;创新班级管理制度,提升班级管理效率。旨在进一步完善该项制度,使其在实际执行中发挥更大作用。
From the perspective of professional teachers, this paper studies the problems existing in the implementation of the system of professional teachers serving as undergraduate class teachers. Combined with the relevant system of X university’s professional teachers serving as undergra-duate class teachers, this paper analyzes the work requirements of undergraduate class teachers. On this basis, it analyzes the existing problems from two aspects of communication and professional skills, and puts forward the following suggestions: strengthen communication to build a solid foundation for class management; carry out training to improve the skills of class teachers; innovate class management system to improve class management efficiency. It aims to further improve the system and make it play a greater role in the actual implementation.
