Abstract:

处于社会转型期的沈阳市女大学生就业较其他城市和地区有着更为复杂的困境,因此如何引导该市女大学生们对目前的社会经济形势和自身有一个正确的认知,将是解决问题的关键所在。特别是在目前的经济形势下,很多领域的就业情况都不是很理想,再加上性别、工作经验不足等方面不良因素的影响,更使得女大学生就业举步维艰。而沈阳市的灵活就业市场,据笔者的调查却有很大的发展空间。由此,本研究主要从以上背景因素出发,以性别社会工作为基础,着重从个人、学校、家庭、社会等角度,帮助女大学生提升对灵活就业认知,以期为其就业提供一定的指导和帮助。
The employment of female college students in Shenyang during the social transition period is more complicated than other cities and regions. Therefore, how to guide the female college stu-dents in the city to have a correct understanding of the current social and economic situation and themselves will be the solution to the problem. Especially in the current economic situation, the employment situation in many fields is not very satisfactory. Coupled with the adverse factors such as gender and lack of work experience, it makes the employment of female college students difficult. The flexible employment market in Shenyang has a lot of room for development according to the applicant’s survey. Therefore, this study is based on the above background factors, based on gender social work, focusing on individual, school, family, social and other perspectives, to help female college students to enhance their awareness of flexible employment, in order to provide some guidance for their employment.
