临床护理干预对子宫肌瘤患者围术期护理效果及并发症预防分析 Analysis of Perioperative Nursing Effect and Prevention of Complications in Patients with Uterine Fibroids by Clinical Nursing Intervention
目的：探讨临床护理干预对子宫肌瘤患者围术期护理及并发症预防效果。方法：对我院2016年12月至2018年12月共78例子宫肌瘤患者进行研究，根据患者的入院编号，随机分为观察组和对照组各39例。对照组采用常规围术期护理，观察组在围术期护理中应用临床护理干预，对比两组护理效果。结果：观察组肛门排气时间、下床活动时间、拆线时间、住院时间以及并发症发生率均低于对照组，P < 0.05。护理前，两组SAS、SDS以及生活质量评分对比无明显差异，P > 0.05；护理后，两组SAS、SDS以及生活质量评分和护理前对比有明显差异，且组间差异明显，P < 0.05。结论：临床护理干预应用于子宫肌瘤患者围术期护理效果良好，有利于促进患者术后康复，缓解患者不良情绪，降低并发症发生率，提高患者生活质量，值得推广应用。
Objective: To study the effect of clinical nursing intervention on perioperative nursing and com-plication prevention in patients with uterine fibroids. Methods: 78 cases of hysteromyoma from December 2016 to December 2018 were studied. According to the patient’s number of admission, 39 cases were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. In the control group, the routine perioperative care was used, and the observation group applied the clinical nursing intervention in the perioperative nursing, and compared the two groups of nursing effects. Results: The time of anus air discharge, time of off-bed activity, time of stitches removel, time of hospitalization and the incidence of complications were lower in the observation group than in the control group (P < 0.05). Before nursing, SAS, SDS and QLS comparisons of both groups were not significantly different, P > 0.05; after nursing, there was significant difference in SAS, SDS and quality of life scores between the two groups and before nursing, and the difference between the two groups was significant, P < 0.05. Conclusion: Clinical nursing intervention in patients with uterine leiomyoma has good effect during perioperative period, which is helpful to promote pa-tients’ postoperative recovery, relieve patients’ bad mood, reduce the incidence of complications and improve the quality of life of patients, which is worthy of popularization and application.
