Abstract:

立德树人是教育事业的根本,作为育人系统中核心的互动环节,师生关系的状态关乎高校的育人成效。如今,高等教育不断发展的同时,师生关系疏离的问题也日益凸显,冷漠化、刻板化、庸俗化的现象普遍,究其原因,与科研就业压力,人文关怀缺失;权力过度泛化,监督机制无为;多元文化冲击,功利思想弥漫等密切相关。因此,为了更好地完成高校立德树人的教育使命,通过回归教育理念本真、落实师德监督机制、构筑师生交往空间、营造民主平等氛围等途径构建和谐师生关系势在必行。
Morality education is the foundation of education. As the core interactive session of the education system, the status of teacher-student relationship is decisive to the effectiveness of college education. Nowadays, while higher education is developing, the problem of alienation of teacher-student relationship is becoming more and more prominent. The phenomenon of indifference, stereotype and vulgarization is widespread. The reasons in this case are related to the pressure of scientific research and employment, lack of humanistic care, overgeneralization of power, ineffective oversight mechanisms, the multicultural impact, pervasive utilitarianism and so on. Therefore, in order to better accomplish the mission of morality education in colleges and universities, it is imperative to construct a harmonious teacher-student relationship by returning to the original aspiration of education, implementing the supervision mechanism on teacher's ethics, constructing the bridge connecting teachers and students, and creating an atmosphere that is democratic and equal.
