人类命运共同体视域下中国学生全球素养的提升路径

Abstract:

PISA 2018年的国际评比测验中,增加了“全球素养(global competence)”这一项新维度的评价。本文在分析PISA 2018全球素养构成框架基础上,着眼学生的全球素养培育面临的机遇与挑战,论述了人类命运共同体视域下的全球素养教育的时代性、重要性、必要性、紧迫性,并提出对人类命运共同体视域下中国学生全球素养的三种路径:一是以问题为基础构建能重塑教与学文化的数字化全球素养课程体系;二是以合作为基础的教学法持续优化引导全球素养的深层次培育;三是以对话为基础打造基于混合式论证活动的跨文化、跨地域、跨学科的国际平台。
The PISA 2018 international assessment will add “global competence”, a new dimension. Based on the analysis of the framework of PISA 2018 global competence, this paper focuses on the opportuni-ties and challenges faced by the cultivation of students' global competence and proposes the im-provement strategies of students’ global competence: first, build a comprehensive framework of digital global competence curriculum that reconstructs the culture of teaching and learning by tak-ing questions as the mainline; second, optimize continually the collaborative based teaching method to deepen the global competence cultivation; third, build an intercultural, inter-regional and interdisciplinary international platform based on the blended argumentation activities.
