Abstract:

思辨能力培养是教育中不可或缺的环节,但当前思辨教育的缺席影响了高等教育人才的综合素质。PBL教学模式为思辨能力的培养提供了环境,警务英语的教学内容为其提供了土壤。本文指出了思辨能力培养的重要性和思辨缺失的现状,探讨了警务英语教学中运用PBL教学模式培养思辨能力方法和困难。为思辨能力的培养、警务英语的教学提供了新的思路。
The cultivation of critical thinking ability (CTA) is an indispensable part in education, but the ab-sence of critical thinking education affects the comprehensive quality of talents in higher education. The teaching mode of PBL provides the environment for the cultivation of CTA, and the teaching content of Policing English provides the soil for it. This paper points out the importance of CTA and the current situation of it, and discusses the methods and difficulties of using PBL teaching mode to cultivate CTA in Policing English. Therefore, it provides new ideas for the training of CTA and Policing English teaching.
