Abstract:

“对分课堂PAD”教学模式是一种基于移动互联终端的交互式教学模式，它为传统教学注入了新的活力，很好地适应了时代发展的需要。本文以管理类课程(《人力资源管理》)为例，对其进行“对分课堂(PAD)”的教学设计，为管理类课程的课堂教学改革提供参考。
PDA teaching mode is an interactive teaching mode based on the mobile internet terminal. It injects new vitality into the traditional teaching and well adapts to the needs of the development of the times. Taking the management course (Human Resource Management) as an example, this paper designs the teaching of “PDA class” to provide reference for the teaching reform of the management course.
