企业“走出去”背景下语言服务人才需求分析:以大连为例

Abstract:

在“走出去”战略背景下,大连作为东北地区对外开放的窗口,迫切需要一套系统、规范、完整的语言服务体系。然而,语言服务研究领域关于语言服务供给方的研究较多,针对语言服务使用方的研究较少,而且国内尚没有针对大连地区企业语言服务人才需求进行相关的调研。因此,本文结合国家“走出去”战略,从语言服务视角出发,调查大连地区企业语言服务人才需求情况。本文采用网络调研的方法,以大连市企业为调查对象,从企业基本信息、语言服务岗位、企业对语言服务人才的要求这三个方面对“走出去”战略背景下大连企业对语言服务人才的需求进行分析。研究结果表明:大连地区对日语、英语人才的需求量最大,而俄语,法语,西班牙语在专业领域上的需求格外突出;就企业性质而言,大多数语言服务需求企业为民营/私营企业;企业对学历、任职资质、职业资格证书要求不高,语言服务人才薪资处于大连市中等偏上的水平。
In the context of China’s “Going Abroad” strategy, Dalian, a city located in Northeast China, is in urgent need of a systematic, standardized and complete set of language service system. However, in the field of language service, research studies tend to investigate a variety of factors from the perspective of language service providers; little has been done from the perspective of language service users. Therefore, this paper aims to conduct an Internet-driven needs analysis of language service professionals among Dalian’s enterprises. Using data from two major recruitment websites, this paper analyzes the demand of enterprises in Dalian for language service professionals from three aspects: basic information of enterprises, language service-related positions and the recruitment requirements. Results show that, firstly, there is a great demand for Japanese and English language professionals in Dalian while Russian, French and Spanish language professionals are in high demand in specialized fields. Secondly, most of the enterprises with language service needs are private ones. And thirdly, the qualification requirements for language professionals are low but the promised salaries are above the average of the city.
