In the process of economic development, Chinese traditional thoughts have gradually changed. In the past, women who played the role of male accessory in traditional society have increasingly got involved with social jobs and gradually become a labor force that cannot be ignored in the process of China’s economic development. In recent years, the employment situation in the labor market in China has been severe, and the problem of gender differences has become more prominent. It is difficult to guarantee the equal rights of female workers in employment. This paper analyzes the employment status and the rights and interests of female laborers in the labor market. By analyzing the employment situation of female laborers in the labor market and the problems and obstacles in the protection of female laborers' rights and interests, this paper puts forward the relevant measures and countermeasures to protect labor rights and interests of female laborers in an attempt to alleviate contradictions.
