Nr-CWS联合微波治疗宫颈HPV整合感染的疗效分析

Abstract:
目的:了解Nr-CWS (红卡)联合微波治疗宫颈HPV整合感染的疗效情况。方法:收集2018年1月~2019年6月在中山大学孙逸仙纪念医院妇科门诊宫颈筛查病例,HPV E6E7检测1750例,E6E7阳性的患者270例,进行Nr-CWS联合微波电灼短疗程疗效分析。结果:Nr-CWS联合微波电灼处理95例随访1个月后病人阴转率86.3% (82/95),不做Nr-CWS联合微波电灼处理E6E7阳性转阴率11% (3/26),两者有统计学差异,说明Nr-CWS联合微波治疗与不治疗E6E7阳性病人的转阴率,有明显临床差异。随访56例处理后3个月的病人,E6E7阳性的阴转率91.0% (51/56),与处理1个月后病人转阴率(86.3%)无统计学差异。结论:Nr-CWS联合微波治疗,通过非特异性免疫治疗宫颈高危HPV E6E7阳性整合性感染的病例疗效明显。
Objective: to investigate the therapeutic effect of Nr-CWS combined with microwave on cervical HPV integration infection. Methods: during the 18 months from January 2018 to June 2019, a total of 1750 cases of HPV E6E7 detected and 270 cases of E6E7 positive patients were collected from the cervical screening cases in the Department of Gynecology, Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University. The efficacy of Nr-CWS combined with microwave electrocauterization was analyzed. Results: the negative conversion rate of Nr-CWS combined with microwave cauterization was 86.3% (82/95) and 11% (3/26) of E6E7 positive patients after 1-month follow-up. There was a statistical difference between the two, indicating that the negative conversion rate of Nr-CWS combined with microwave cauterization was significantly different from that of Nr-CWS combined with microwave cauterization. Among the 56 patients followed up 3 months after treatment, the negative conversion rate of E6E7 positive patients was 91.0% (51/56), and there was no statistical difference between the negative conversion rates of patients after treatment 1 month (86.3%). Conclusion: Nr-CWS combined with microwave therapy is effective in treating high-risk cervical HPV E6E7 positive integrated infection by non-specific immunotherapy.
