中国特色政论文语言动态与静态性研究——以《2019年政府工作报告》及其英译版为例 A Study on the Dynamic and Static Feature of Political Papers with Chinese Characteristics—Take the Report on the Work of the Government in 2019 and Its English Translation as an Example
本文以《2019年政府工作报告》为例，运用汉英对比语言学的理论分析了双语版报告在语言层面表现出的动态和静态差异。从词汇和句法两个层面研究发现，英文版政府工作报告整体呈现静态性，具体表现为名词、介词、形容词及并列句的频繁使用；中文版政府工作报告动态性较强，反映在动词的选择、重复现象、联动句式和排比句式的使用上。本文从两种语言词汇选择、句法使用的不同，旨在体现中英两种语言的动静态差异，提醒译者注意这一语言现象，以期提高中国特色政论文的翻译质量。
Taking the Report on the Work of the Government 2019 as an example, this paper uses the theory of Chinese-English contrastive linguistics to analyze the dynamic and static features of bilingual reports. From the lexical and syntactic levels, it is found that the English version of the government work report is static as a whole, which is manifested in the frequent use of nouns, prepositions, adjectives and compound sentences. The Chinese version of the government work report is dynamic, which is reflected in the use of verbs, repetition, linkage and parallelism. Through comparative analysis, this paper aims to discover the dynamicity and stativeness differences between Chinese and English to remind translators to pay attention to this linguistic phenomenon, hoping to improve the translation quality of political reports with Chinese characteristics.
