不同形貌纳米级Ag-MnO2载体的合成及其氧化羰基化合成碳酸二苯酯的研究 Synthesis of Nanoscale Ag-MnO2 Supports with Different Morphologies and Study on Oxidative Carbonylation of Diphenyl Carbonate
以不同方法制作海胆状、线状、棒状三种不同形貌的银锰氧化物载体。利用X射线衍射(XRD)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、程序升温(H2-TPR)等技术对其表征,分析不同载体的组成、微观形貌、氧化还原性质,并用沉淀法负载活性组分钯后探究其在苯酚氧化羰基化反应中的影响。结果表明海胆状Pd/Ag-MnO2具有最高活性,为20.4%。
Silver manganese oxide carriers with three different morphologies of urchin, wire and rod were prepared by different methods. X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscope (TEM), hydrogen temperature programmed reduction (H2-TPR) and other techniques were used to char-acterize the composition, morphology, redox properties of different supports, and the active component palladium was supported by precipitation. The effect of this on the oxidative car-bonylation of phenol was investigated. The results showed that urchin Pd/Ag-MnO2 had the highest activity of 20.4%.
