Abstract:

基于输电杆塔的实际结构特点及线路舞动发生的不确定性,在实际输电线路上开展杆塔的舞动承载特性测试难度较大。以实际舞动损坏的500 kV典型杆塔为原型,采用基于相似理论的结构建模方法实现了输电塔线体系的实验室节段建模,利用机械加载的方式实现舞动载荷的模拟,并在此基础上搭建了相应的数据采集和分析系统,能够实现输电杆塔的舞动响应特性测试。利用该试验系统,分别进行了舞动幅值、频率变化对输电杆塔动态承载特性的影响分析。结果表明,该试验系统能够对输电杆塔的舞动承载特性进行模拟分析。
A typical accident in the winter is conductor galloping with ice accretion, which is the main reason for tower breakage and other mechanical damage. Considering the giant and complicated structure of the power transmission tower and the random and irregular occurrence of the conductor galloping, it is difficult to study the tower’s galloping-endurance character with measurements on a real transmission line. Using a 500 kV tower with damage caused by galloping as a prototype, a laboratory model of a tower section and ice-accreted conductor is constructed based on the similarity theory of structure-modeling. In addition to the vibration-exciting device to simulate galloping and the signal sampling system, one experimental system in particular is formulated to study the tower response to galloping. The series tests developed on the experimental system are used to find the effect of the magnitude and frequency of conductor galloping on tower response, proving that the experimental system can be confirmed with the simulation of tower-galloping response and relative galloping-endurance analysis
