Abstract:

针对现有扭振测试和分析通常采用硬件实现,工业现场应用不便的问题,提出一种基于高频采样的轴系扭振测试新方法。该方法利用由电涡流传感器或磁电传感器采集到的测速齿盘转速信号,对时域信号进行3次样条插值,结合3点卷积幅值校正方法对信号进行频谱分析,从而实现轴系扭振测试与分析。通过数值仿真和实验对其进行验证,并与扭振分析仪器结果对比,表明本方法提取的扭振信号特征准确。
Torsional vibration is one of the manifestations of shafting vibration characteristics,which is in the highest flight in the design of shafting vibration. In practical application, the test and analysis of torsional vibration are usually implemented by hardware,which is inconvenient for the industrial application. A new method of torsional vibration testing based on the high frequency sampling is presented to realize test and analysis of torsional vibration in this paper. In this method, the cubic spline interpolation is used for processing the velocity signal of speed sampled by eddy current sensor or magnetic sensor, while the method of three point convolution correction is used to carry on frequency range analysis. Compared with the results of torsional vibration analyzer, the torsional vibration signal extracted by this method is credible. In addition, the realization of the method provides convenience for the joint test of torsional vibration signal and other vibration signals.
