Abstract:

混凝土泵车排量计量精度与效率的提升是解决泵车运行状态监测、施工管理和施工质量以及泵车性能评价等问题的关键。首先,提出基于去趋势波动分析(detrended fluctuation analysis,简称DFA)排量检测法,分析泵车液压泵体振动信号,提取标度指数;其次,利用标度指数标定泵车排量进而实现排量计量。分析结果验证了该方法可行但精度有待提高。为此在DFA法基础上提出了基于极值增量DFA排量检测法,获取标度律曲线上最小尺度波动参数和最大尺度波动参数,再使用尺度参数标定排量实现排量计量。试验结果表明,极值增量检测法较DFA检测法使排量标定精度提高了近3倍,为泵车排量计量提供了一种新的手段。
The dearth of current discharge measuring methods of concrete pumps requires new techniques to be explored. First, the discharge measuring method of detrended fluctuation analysis (DFA) was introduced and used to extract the scaling exponent of the vibration signal collected from the hydraulic pump. Then, the scaling exponent calibrated the discharge of the pump. The analysis results showed that this technique was effective at calibrating the discharge of the pump, but had low accuracy, so the DFA increment series of extreme point method was proposed to further improve it. Using this method, the minimum and maximum scale fluctuation parameters were acquired simultaneously, then used to calibrate the discharge of the pump. Finally, the experimental results showed that the method of DFA increment series of extreme point was three times more accurate than the original DFA, and verified that the presented method provides an effective way to measure pump discharge.
